Rain, snow, chance of freezing rain for Ottawa

It's about to feel more like winter than spring.
Ottawa is under a special weather statement from Environment Canada that calls for rain, snow and the potential for freezing rain.
1310 NEWS meteorologist Jill Taylor is forecasting a cloudy day Tuesday with rain beginning around 4 p.m. and a high around 6 C.
Jill predicts light rain or snow through the evening hours and into the overnight, with a risk of freezing rain.
The National Capital Region could see 7-10 cm of snow, with the bulk of it falling northwest of the city.
