Pedestrian suffers life-threatening injuries after collision near Baseline and Fisher

A 42-year-old woman has been taken to hospital in critical condition with life-threatening injuries after being struck at Baseline Road and Fisher Avenue.
Ottawa police responded to a call at 7:46 a.m., Friday, that a pedestrian had been hit.
Multiple vehicles were involved in the crash.
Two people in vehicles were treated for minor injuries.
Baseline Road was closed in both directions from Merivale Road to Prince of Wales Drive for several hours, while Fisher Avenue was closed from Trent Street to Dynes Road.
All roads have since been re-opened.
