Upper Ottawa Valley OPP search for missing 23-year-old man

The Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the Ontario Provincial (OPP) is asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing man.
Jesse Doyle, 23, was last seen in Pembroke on Tuesday, Sept. 27.
He is described as:
- 5'11″ tall
- Thin build
- Short blond hair
- Blue eyes
