Atlético Ottawa secures victory in weekend’s semi-final leg

Atlético Ottawa kicked off their 2022 Canadian Premier League (CPL) playoff run over the weekend with a battle against Pacific FC in British Columbia.

Ottawa secured their semi-final victory on Saturday, Oct. 15 with a 2-0.

This was Ottawa's record 10th consecutive undefeated match, and the first playoff win in club's history. This also comes as Ottawa finished the 2022 CPL season in first place on Oct. 9, after a 28-match regular season calendar, securing home-field advantage throughout the playoffs.
