Police seeking help in identifying a man who took a package from a downtown building

The Ottawa Police Service is asking for the public's help in identifying a man who who stole a package in a downtown building last month.
 
On Nov. 18 just before 10 a.m., a man was seen on a surveillance video stealing a package from the mail room of a condominium building in the 200 block of Bay Street after he made a food delivery. 
 
The suspect is described as Black, medium build, with hair pulled back in a bun. He was wearing a grey and black jacket with dark pants and white shoes with red laces. 
 
The suspect is believed to an employee of a ride sharing/food delivery service and he was driving a silver-coloured Mitsubishi SUV at the time of the offence.
