CityNews 101.1 Snowsuit Fund 50/50 reaches over $280K

The CityNews 101.1 Snowsuit Fund 50/50 has its second early bird winner of the campaign.
Andrew Phinney won the early bird prize of a $2,000 Canadian Gift card.
The next early bird deadline is Friday, Dec. 23 where the winner will walk away with a $5,000 Canadian Tire gift card.
So far, the campaign has already raised over $280,000. This means the jackpot winnings sits over $100,000. The campaign raises money for children in Ottawa, who are in need of snowsuits this winter season.
In 2021, the campaign sold over $800,000 in tickets in just 45 days, and the winner took home more than $400,000.
