Ottawa man charged with child sex offences, police believe there are more victims

A local man is facing child pornography charges and police believe there could be more victims.

The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) Sexual Assault and Child Abuse (SACA) Unit laid charges following an investigation into a series of sexual assaults between August 2021 and January 2023, both in Ottawa and Frontenac County.

Sebastian Kealey, 21, of Ottawa faces the following charges:

  • Invitation to sexual touching (three counts)
  • Sexual interference
  • Telecommunication with a person under 18 for a specific criminal offense
  • Unlawfully possess child pornography

 

According to police, the accused used his name on social media platforms as well as the names ‘semidiepie,’ ‘phoenixmacintosh’ and ‘oceannataliekealey.’

Investigators believe there could be other victims and are asking anyone with information is asked to call police at 613-236-1222, extension 5944 or email SACA@ottawapolice.ca.
