Ottawa police seek witnesses to serious collision on Montreal Road

Police are asking for any witnesses to a serious collision in the east end to come forward.

The crash involving a motor vehicle and a pedestrian happened on Montreal Road at Église Street around 4:55 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 23.

The elderly pedestrian suffered life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital by the Ottawa Paramedic Service.

Investigators with the Ottawa Police Service (OPS) Fatal Collision Investigation Unit would like to speak with anyone who witnessed the collision or may have dashcam footage and have not yet spoken to police.
