Warrant issued for man known to frequent Kingston, Smiths Falls and Carleton Place area

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have issued a Canada-wide warrant for 53-year-old Ivan Belknap on several weapons charges.
Belknap is serving a two-year sentence for the following:
- Careless use/storage of a firearm;
- Unauthorized possession of a firearm;
- Possession of a prohibited weapon knowing – unauthorized;
- Possession of firearm knowing – unauthorized;
- Possession of prohibited/restricted firearm with ammunition;
- Two counts of possession of weapon contrary to prohibited order.
OPP have described Belknap as 5’11” and 186 lbs.
He has numerous tattoos including a left upper arm castle, left ankle bird, and right upper arm “warrior,” boat and Viking skull.
Belknap is known to frequent Kingston, Smiths Falls and Carleton Place.
