Teen in critical condition after stabbing near Mooney’s Bay

A police investigation has resulted in no arrests after an altercation broke out at a building near Mooney’s Bay Park.
Ottawa police said officers were called to the Terry Fox Athletic Facility on Riverside Drive for reports of stabbings on May 30. The calls came in around 8:53 p.m. after a fight broke out.
In the incident, a male in his late teens sustained a stab wound. Police started caring for the teen before paramedics took over and continued to stabilize him en route to hospital, Marc-Antoine Deschamps, Ottawa paramedics information officer, told CityNews.
The teen suffered critical injuries in the altercation.
Another person, a female teen, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital in stable condition.
Ottawa police put out a press release on Monday noting that no one has been arrested in connection with the case and the investigation is ongoing.
