Replacement busses operate as O-Train Lines 2 and 4 closed all weekend

O-Train Lines 2 and 4 will be closed on Saturday, June 13 and Sunday, June 14 for scheduled maintenance.

Replacement busses will operate. OC Transpo staff will be available at certain key locations for assistance.

The R2 bus will run every 12 minutes from Bayview to Limebank stations. The Route 105 service alongside additional busses will replace Line 4, running every 15 minutes.

O-Train Lines 2 run Bayview to Limebank and Line 4 runs Airport to South Keys. Both lines will be closed entirely all weekend.

In a release, the City of Ottawa said the closures were scheduled this weekend as ridership is lower and will be the least disruptive for customers. The closures will see maintenance of the rail system to ensure safety.

The maintenance also includes an end-to-end track inspection and work within the Dow’s Lake Station tunnel.
