Adopt Me: Elvis needs an owner to help with his weight loss journey

He will require a prescription veterinary diet and regular veterinarian visits

CityNewsOttawa, in partnership with the Ottawa Humane Society, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

Elvis (ID# A127148), is a 10-year-old cat looking to find his purrfect forever home.

He enjoys spending his days exploring, playing and taking lots of naps.

Elvis has excessive inflammation of the gums, so he will require regular veterinary check-ups to monitor this condition.

He is also overweight, and will need a veterinarian to oversee his weight loss plan to make sure he loses weight safely. He needs a prescription veterinary diet and regular veterinarian visits to follow his progress.
