She says the Ford government has not listened to nurses' calls to scrap Bill 124, which caps public sector wage increases at 1 per cent. Muir, also the president of the Ontario Nurses Association bargaining unit for the Ottawa Hospital, says that facility alone needs 600 additional nurses just to reach adequate staffing levels.
