“One of the solutions on an immediate basis dealing with the staffing crisis is to try to stop the people who would leave from leaving, and also to recruit back the people who have left.”
Rob speaks with Michael Hurley, president of the Ontario Council of Hospital Unions to get his reaction to the speech from the throne and measures laid out in the new Ontario budget aimed at the health care sector.
“I don't think he can call a snap election…he did that last summer expecting a majority and it blew up in his face. He'll need the numbers from the Liberal Party to solidify.”
