Monday. This past weekend was the busiest CHEO has ever been, and the hospital is warning a backlog of patients could last for weeks. In other news, there was an alleged bomb threat against Parliament. It was a busy weekend.

11:30 -"That's exactly what we want to see when we believe it's an active shooter scenario, the agencies involved RCMP, OPP, as well as the parliamentary precinct security operating together is exactly what we want to see."

In the wake of this weekends bomb threat against parliament, Rob speaks with former Ottawa police chief/Senator Vern White.

21:23 - "We're seeing lots of kids coming in with viral infections, COVID but 3 or 4 other infections as well such as the flu and other things we don't normally see at this time of year."

CHEO has seen a surge in patient wait times since the weekend, Rob speaks with Chief of Staff Dr. Lindy Samson for more information.
