Today is the first day that candidates can formally file their paperwork to become candidates in the October municipal election. Rob speaks with candidate for mayor and former mayor of Ottawa Bob Chiarelli.

35:51 - "I thought they were restrained, I thought they handled a lot of verbal abuse. From what I saw in Facebook videos, they were cool."

Crisis communications expert Barry McLoughlin joins Rob with his assessment of the Ottawa Police response to the 'Rolling Thunder' event this past weekend.
