10:33: "five years ago we didn't have any crystal meth on the streets, it was largely crack cocaine. In addition to that we are also seeing a lot of benzo-like drugs in the drug supply as well, which really shifts the vulnerability and risk of people using drugs."

Continuing our coverage of the worsening drug problem in Ottawa, Rob speaks with Rob Boyd from the Sandy Hill Community Health Centre about what he is seeing on the front lines of the opioid crisis this year.
