33:27: Ben Weiss of the Historical Society of Ottawa takes us back in time to explain how Bytown became the capital of Canada.

Today's lunch features Sylvie Bigras, President of the Lowertown Community Association, and Larry Hill, former Deputy Police Chief, OPS. Together, they join Sam and talk Ottawa policing, and what they would like to see Mayor Mark Sutcliffe focus on in his upcoming state of the city address.
