London, Ont., police looking for suspect in fatal shooting

LONDON, Ont. — Police in London, Ont., are investigating a new homicide case.
They say they received a report Friday evening at around 7:55 p.m. about multiple shots being fired in the area of Wateroak Drive and Heardcreek Trail.
Officers dispatched to the scene found a person with life threatening injuries.
Police say the victim was taken to hospital by paramedics but later died of their wounds.
Neither the victim’s name, nor any suspect information, was immediately released.
Police say their investigation is in its early stages, and anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call them.
