Ottawa Lawyer Michael Spratt sits down with Rick Gibbons to talk about recent cases involving Canadian citizens banned from entering the United States after admitting involvement with cannabis-related events.

The incident happened in the early morning hours, Wednesday.

The victim drove himself to hospital after being shot on Wednesday night.

The OPP laid assault charges after a drive by shooting with the imitation weapon.

All four will appear in court in the new year.
