A COVID-19 outbreak has been declared at a Rona in Val-des-Monts, Quebec, after 11 employees tested positive for COVID-19.
The public health agency for the Outaouais region says the risk to customers is low, but anyone who was in that particular store from January 17 to 23 should monitor for symptoms.
The Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de l’Outaouais (CISSSO) said in a press release that the store on Route du Carrefour is temporarily closed.
Their workplace health team visited the location to provide support in the enforcement of preventive measures.
