26-year-old driver dies following fatal vehicle motor collision in North Stormont

A fatal vehicle collision has left one driver dead in North Stormont. 

On Friday, August 12, after 2 p.m, the Stormont Dundas and Glengarry (SD&G) Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to the collision on Front Street in the North Stormont Township, about 45 minutes outside of Ottawa. 

OPP said the driver was pronounced dead at the scene and has been identified as 26-year-old Vincent Forward.

The SD&G OPP continue to investigate with the assistance of OPP Technical Collision Investigators (TCI) and Reconstructionist.
