An Ottawa pair is splitting $1-million in lottery winnings

A woman from Ottawa and a man from Orleans got a significant boost to their bank accounts, after winning $1-million from the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation.

Maryam Jamaati-Samariain and Kourosh Zabihi Sian claimed the Guaranteed $1-Million Prize in the August 15, Lotto 6/49 draw.

The winning ticket was purchased at Petro Canada on Innes Road in Gloucester.
