Cirque du Soleil cancels July show in Ottawa

Following the WHO's recommendation for social distancing amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Cirque du Soleil has cancelled its Crystal show at the Canadian Tire Centre.

Also cancelled is its St. Catherine's show, a Friday announcement by the company confirms.

Cirque du Soleil says it's working to determine the next visit of one of its shows in each of the cities.

The organization will continue to monitor the situation and share information as it comes through to its fans.

All ticket holders will be contacted by their point of sale regarding the refund process.
Ticket holders with questions are asked to contact its customer service team at 1-877-924-7783.
