City adds more COVID-19 vaccination pop-up clinics for priority neighbourhoods

More COVID-19 vaccination pop-up clinics for first and second doses have now been scheduled for for priority neighbourhoods.

Several additional clinics have been set up in the south and west ends of the city starting next week, it was announced Friday.

These clinics are intended to raise vaccination rates in priority neighbourhoods and remove some barriers for access the vaccine, the city says.

“Pop-up clinics will continue while the need persists, and vaccine supply allows.”

The following clinics will be available:

Monday, June 21 from 12:15 p.m. to 7 p.m.
AMA Community Centre at 1216 Hunt Club Rd.

Tuesday, June 22 from 12:15 p.m. to 7 p.m.
St. Joseph’s Adult High School at 330 Lajoie St.

Wednesday, June 23 to Friday June 25 from 12:15 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Bayshore Shopping Centre at 100 Bayshore Dr. at the North Entrance #2

Saturday June 26 from 9:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Howard Darwin Centennial (Merivale) Arena at 1765 Merivale Rd.

Sunday, June 27 from 9:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Monday, June 28 from 12:15 p.m. to 7 p.m.
AMA Community Centre at 1216 Hunt Club Rd.

Residents in priority neighbourhoods may also be eligible for vaccination at the Bruyère Family Medicine Centre. Visit bruyere.org to review eligibility and access their online booking tool.
