Gatineau police will keep a command post set up for one more day, as they search for clues in a series of suspicious fires in Hull.
The command post is set up on Sacré-Coeur Boulevard, between Champlain and Notre-Dame-de-l'Île streets.
Police hope that witnesses will stop by and speak with officers.
There was a total of three suspicious fires in three different locations in the early-morning hours of Friday, Saturday and again on Sunday.
Police believe the fires, on Fournier Boulevard, Maisonneuve Boulevard and Champlain Street, are connected, and that they were criminally set.
The command post will be open until 8 p.m. Thursday.
Anyone who knows anything about the fires can also call Gatineau police at 819-243-4636, and press option 5.
