It's the first full day of spring in Ottawa, but it still feels more like winter.
The good news is the fact that we have no snow in the long-term forecast, but the below-average temperatures are sticking around.
1310 NEWS meteorologist Jill Taylor forecasts increasing cloud through the day Wednesday with a high around 2 degrees.
The temperature will dip down to about minus 7 overnight, then we'll see highs between plus 1 and 4 degrees for the rest of the week and through the weekend.
