A Gatineau high school is facing yet another set back after being ravaged by fire.

Mont-Bleu Secondary School was hit by a tornado back on September 21, and now has been significantly damaged in a fire, which took 17 trucks and 45 firefighters almost four hours to get under control.

Gatineau fire crews responded to the blaze at 9:39 a.m., Thursday.

Flames took over parts of two of the schools floors, but were brought under control around 12:15 p.m.

Damage is listed at $150,000, as fire officials continue to investigate the incident.

A cause has yet to be determined.
