Driver receives third stunt driving charge since 2018

The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) has charged an Ottawa driver with their third stunt driving charge since 2018.
Most recently,the individual was driving 107 km/h in a 60 km/h zone on Bronson Avenue at Brewer Way on Nov. 25.
In March of 2022, the driver was charged after going 120 km/h in a 70 km/h zone on the Airport Parkway at Brookfield Road.
This driver's first stunt driving charge came in 2018 when he was driving 167 km/h in a 100 km/h zone on Highaway 174 at Montreal Road.
Their vehicle is impounded for 14 days and their driver’s licence is suspended for 30 days. They also have an upcoming court date.
This afternoon, a driver received their 3rd Stunt Driving charge going 107km in a 60km zone on Bronson Ave @ Brewer Way.
