Ottawa Titans pitcher Evan Grills has been named the Frontier League's pitcher of the week for the week of July 5 to July 10, the league announced on July 11.
The left-handed pitcher was victorious in one of his two starts, allowing just two runs in 14 innings pitched. He also struck out 19 batters over those two games he played.

The 30 year-old was named a 2022 Frontier League all-star earlier on July 11, joining four other teammates later in the month in Washington, Pennsylvania.
The Whitby, Ontario-native spent nine years in the Houston and Colorado minor league systems, making 165 appearances.
Grills is 3-2 with a 2.67 ERA in eight starts this season with the Ottawa Titans.
