Four people charged after three separate stolen vehicle investigations on the same day

Members of the Lennox and Addington (L&A) County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged four people in three separate investigations involving stolen vehicles.
On Nov. 29, at approximately 7:15 a.m., an officer travelling eastbound on Highway 401 in Tyendinaga Township observed a suspicious vehicle and conducted a traffic stop under the Highway Traffic Act.
An investigation revealed the vehicle to have been stolen, and the driver was subsequently arrested. A firearm and ammunition were also seized from the vehicle.
Debisson Pierre, 19, of Repentigny, Québec, was charged with:
- Theft over $5,000 of a motor vehicle
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000
- Occupant of a motor vehicle knowing there was a firearm
- Knowledge of unauthorized possession of a firearm
On Nov 29, just after 7:30 a.m., officers observed a vehicle travelling eastbound on Highway 401 in Greater Napanee that was believed to have been stolen.
Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. Investigation confirmed the vehicle to have been stolen, and the driver was subsequently arrested.
Charles-Andre Rodrigue, 30, of Saint Constant, Québec, was charged with:
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000
On Nov. 29, at approximately 12:30 p.m., officers were dispatched for a call involving a stolen vehicle that was travelling eastbound on Highway 401. Information showed the vehicle to be near the Belleville area.
Officers later observed the vehicle on Highway 401 near Greater Napanee. A traffic stop was conducted, and investigation confirmed the vehicle to have been stolen. The driver and passenger of the vehicle were subsequently arrested.
Isaiah Doxtator, 19 of Oneida Nation of the Thames First Nation, Ontario, was charged with:
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000
Danae Reabel, 20, of London, Ontario, was charged with:
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000
All accused were released from custody and are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Greater Napanee on Jan 31, 2023.
