Ottawa's Garry J. Armstrong long-term care home's COVID-19 count has gone up after another staff member has tested positive for the virus.

According to a city memo sent out by Donna Gray, general manger of community and social services, to council members Wednesday afternoon, the long-term care home now has three positive cases among its staff.

There are still no positive resident cases reported, however.

The home remains on a facility-wide outbreak.

Staff are working with Ottawa Public Health to ensure that appropriate testing takes place.
