One person injured in a crash in the east end Sunday has died.
Around 4:30 p.m., emergency crews responded to Russell Road and Southvale Crescent, where two vehicles had collided head on.
When paramedics arrived on scene, a 76-year-old man was found in cardiac arrest.
Two other seniors, an 82-year-old man and a 73-year-old woman, were treated for serious injuries.
Police confirm to 1310 NEWS that one of the three people has died, but their identity has not been released.
Russell Road was closed for more than seven hours between Walkley Road and St. Laurent Boulevard, reopening around midnight.
