Hot, humid day forecast for nation’s capital

It's going to be a hot one in the nation's capital!

Heat and humidity will be a definite factor Wednesday, as 1310 NEWS meteorologist Jill Taylor is forecasting a high around 30 C with a humidex of 36. 

Jill says there is also the slight chance of a shower or isolated thunderstorm. 

It's forecast to remain warm into the evening, with an overnight low around 19 C.
