‘I take full responsibility:’ Mayor Watson apologizes for cutting councillor’s mic during LRT debate

Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson has been taking some heat for cutting off City Councillor Diane Deans during Wednesday's city council meeting.

During the meeting on October 13, Deans mic went silent as she questions whether or not an auditor general probe into the city's procurement process for its light rail project would be a reasonable substitute for a judicial inquiry.
