Shortly before 8 p.m. Tuesday, crews responded to a 911 call reporting fire inside a home at 70 Carmichael Court.

Crews confirmed a fire in the middle unit of a town home complex.

Everyone had made it out of the home safely when crews arrived on scene.

The fire was quickly contained to the one unit and damage is pegged at $70,000.

The cause hasn't been determined.
