Lanark OPP asking for help in locating man wanted for multiple offences against minors

The Lanark County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment Crime Unit is asking for the public's help in locating a man wanted on multiple charges relating to sex offences against minors.

Stephen Reid, 24, is a resident of Ireland and his whereabouts are currently unknown. He was last seen in the Bolingbroke Road area of Tay Valley Township on the evening of Aug. 31. 

He is charged with four counts of sexual assault involving a person under 16. 

Reid is described as approximately 5'9″,140 pounds, slim build, red hair with a moustache and goatee and speaks with an Irish accent. He may also have a black duffle bag and a full sized hard plastic suitcase with him.

Anyone who has information on the possible whereabouts of Stephen Reid, or if you believe you have seen him, please contact the Lanark County OPP by calling 1-888-310-1122. Do not approach or attempt to apprehend him.
