The City of Ottawa tabled its 2023 draft budget on Wednesday, Feb. 1.
The draft budget includes a 2.5 per cent property tax increase and a freeze on transit fares.
Councillors Catherine Kitts (Orléans South-Navan) and Steve Desroches (Riverside South – Findlay Creek) joined The Sam Laprade Show on Feb. 2 and provided their reactions from the draft budget.
