Man in life-threatening condition after being hit by OC Transpo bus

An OC Transpo bus struck a pedestrian in Britannia early Friday evening.

Ottawa Police tell 1310NEWS a male pedestrian is in hospital with severe injuries after being struck near Regina St. and Poulin Ave. around 5 p.m., Friday.

Police state the call came in at at 5:38 p.m.

The man was taken to the trauma centre, he's currently in life-threatening condition.

The investigation is ongoing.
