No injuries after construction trailer fire on Chaudière Island

There were no injuries reported following a late night fire on Chaudière Island.

Ottawa Fire Services (OFS) responded to Miwate Private around 10:20 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 7, where a construction trailer had caught fire.

Fire crews were able to stop the flames from spreading to nearby structures and the fire was under control within seven minutes of firefighters arriving on scene.

An Ottawa fire investigator has been dispatched to the scene to determine the cause and origin.
