OC Transpo has begun testing the new trains for LRT Stage 2.

The trains will be tested on the Confederation Line in the evenings and on weekends.

Officials said in a release that the testing will have no impact on normal day-to-day operations.

The test trains will be clearly marked as not in service, and while they may stop at stations they will not be picking up passengers.
