One man killed in snowmobile rollover north of Spencerville

One man has been killed in a snowmobile rollover north of Spencerville.

Around 4 p.m. on Wednesday, January 6, members of the Grenville County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to Millar Road in Edwardsburgh/Cardinal Township.

The driver of a snowmobile was travelling southbound in the east ditch when he lost control and the machine rolled over.

Matthew Vandine, 40, of Edwardsburgh/Cardinal Township, was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Grenville County OPP continue to probe the accident with help from traffic collision investigators.
