Two men were duck hunting Saturday night when the incident happened.

The Renfrew OPP along with the Underwater Search and Recovery Unit are scouring the Ottawa River and its banks after a man went missing over the weekend.

Two men were duck hunting in Horton Township on Saturday night when their boat capsized around 7:30 p.m.

One man was able to swim to a nearby island and was discovered on Sunday morning and taken to hospital.

The missing 36-year-old man was last seen swimming toward the shore.

Neither of the duck hunters were wearing a life jacket.
