Ottawa police arrest 19-year-old for allegedly pulling out knife during fight on Canada Day

Ottawa Police Services (OPS) say a 19-year-old is facing charges after he allegedly brandished a knife towards police officers.
OPS said in tweet that a member of the public told two RCMP officers, who were on duty as Canada Day security, that three men were fighting near Booth Street and Fleet Street, near the Lebreton Flats Park on Friday, July 1.

A 19-year-old man was arrested at gunpoint and is facing charges.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Saturday, July 7.
