Ottawa 67’s star Jack Quinn makes Canadian World Junior roster

Ottawa 67’s forward Jack Quinn is on the 25-man roster that will represent Canada at the 2021 IIHF World Junior Championship in Edmonton.

The Cobden native's first time getting the chance to represent his country on one of hockey’s biggest stages.

“We are thrilled for Jack, who will be a valuable asset to Team Canada with his versatility and attention to detail, with which 67's fans have become so familiar,” says 67’s General Manager James Boyd.

The Buffalo Sabres selected Quinn with the eighth overall pick in the 2020 NHL Draft. The forward tallied 52 goals and 89 points in 62 games with the 67's in 2019-20.

The 2021 IIHF World Junior Championship starts on December 25, and ends January 5.
