Ottawa OPP officers arrest one person for impaired driving, driver facing numerous offences

Ottawa Provincial Police(OPP) officers in Ottawa arrested an impaired driver on Dec. 9 who blew more than three times the legal limit while driving on Highway 417.
During the investigation, officers also seized a large quantity of cigarettes not for sale in Canada and roughly $40,000 in cash.
The driver is facing numerous charges.
