Pembroke resident charged with impaired driving

The Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a driver following a traffic complaint on Sunday, Nov. 27.  

Just after 11 p.m., the OPP received a traffic complaint. Police located the vehicle and spoke to the driver and as a result, the driver, 38-year-old Tanya Davidson of Pembroke was charged with impaired operation. 

The accused had their driver's license suspended for 90 days and the vehicle was towed and impounded for seven days. The accused was released to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke on Jan. 10, 2023.
