Police conduct one-day commercial vehicle blitz in Kanata and Richmond

The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) and the Ontario Ministry of Transportation conducted a one-day commercial vehicle blitz in Ottawa's west end on July 27.
In a tweet on July 28, the OPS said 21 of 45 vehicles that were inspected were taken off the road due to numerous violations.
A total of 45 charges were issued during the blitz that took place in Kanata and Richmond.
