Police continue to probe weekend shooting

OTTAWA - There have been no arrests in a weekend shooting and police are seeking witnesses. 

Around 4 p.m. on Saturday, officers responded to a shooting at a residence in the 100 block of Anderson Street, in Little Italy. 

A 35-year-old man has been shot multiple times in his upper body. He was rushed to hospital with serious injuries and is now in stable condition. 

The Ottawa Police Guns and Gangs Unit has taken over this investigation.
