Police dog helps nab suspect

An Ottawa Police Service (OPS) K9 named Carlo helped locate a suspect in the early hours of Nov. 25.
The OPS said in a tweet that officers were made aware of a vehicle theft near the Avalon area in Ottawa's east end.
The stolen vehicle was located later in a collision and the driver fled on foot. Carlo eventually located the suspect.
